I-55 Raceway cancels the Shop n Save Ken Schrader Modified Challenge. Due to weather the 3/28/09 Shop n Save night will be cancelled. Something should be announced in the next few weeks on rescheduling the event.

The new J-Car has arrived. Richards Motorsports will add a new chassis to there stable this season. J-Car out of Fargo North Dakota. The new J-Car will share the season with our Impressive Race Cars out of Hillsboro Mo. The combination of the two chassis builders only strengthens the race teams chances to win races.

Richards Motorsports finalized the deal for Shop n Save and Special Olympics to be back on the #21 UMP Modified for the 2009 season. At this time we are working with Shop n Save to prepare our appearance schedule. We would like to thank Shop n Save for their continued support to our race team. We are proud of the commitment Shop n Save has made, not only to our team, but the racing community. Shop n Save has now scheduled three dates at the I-55 Raceway in Pevely, MO. These three events are not only good for the racers and fans, but they raise awareness and money for the Special Olympics of Missouri. All this would not be possible without the hard work and dedication of Marlene Gebhard, Bruce Blackden and the many Shop n Save employees that it takes to put on these events.
